Beulah Mae Booty Mobley Obituary (1931

Beulah Mae Booty Mobley, 85, of Grayville, Illinois, died Thursday, February 23, 2017, at her home. She was born March 27, 1931, in Grayville. She was married to Jesse R. Mobley, and he preceded her in death on September 28, 1994. Booty held many jobs during her work career, but is best known for owning and operating a grocery store in Griffin, Indiana. She was an animal lover and enjoyed dancing and playing card games. Survivors include her brother Jim Jones of Byesville, Ohio; and several nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her husband; brother Luther Jones; and sister Opal Jones. Graveside funeral service will be at 10 am, Monday, February 27, 2017, at Oak Grove Cemetery in Grayville. There is no prior visitation. Those wishing to attend should be at the cemetery in time for the service. Cook Funeral Chapel of Grayville is in charge of arrangements.
