Kathryn Jean Stone

Kathryn Jean Stone, 69, of Grayville, Illinois, died Wednesday, May 31, 2017, at her home. She was born August 18, 1947, in Vincennes, Indiana, the daughter of Leonard and Ruth (Brown) Tomey. She was married to Harold Stone on November 22, 2004, and he survives. Kathryn was a retired waitress.

Survivors include husband Harold Stone; daughters Anita Simler and Cindy Deshazer; sister Teresa Jamerson; numerous grand children and great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents; and son Charles Retherford.

In keeping with Kathryns wishes, her remains were cremated and there will be no services.

Cook Funeral Chapel in Grayville is in charge of arrangements.
