Larry S. Pearson

Larry S. Pearson, 78, of Grayville, Illinois, died Monday, November 16, 2015, at Deaconess Hospital in Evansville, Indiana. He was born September 19, 1937, in Paxton, Illinois, the son of Arthur and Rachel (Leech) Pearson. He was married to Jacqueline Jackie (McCollum) Pearson on June 14, 1957, and she survives.

Larry was an electrician and worked as a lineman for CIPS and Ameren Electric for 45 years. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge, Grayville Methodist Church, and he enjoyed fishing.
Survivors include his wife, Jackie Pearson; daughter Teresa (Andy) Brock, all of Grayville; son Tracy (Lisa) Pearson of Evansville; grandchildren Whitney Brock, Drew (Alyssa) Pearson, Bryce Pearson;
and great grandchild Rylan.

In keeping with Larrys wishes, his remains were cremated. A graveside service in Oak Grove Cemetery in Grayville will be at 1 pm, Sunday, November 29, 2015.

Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association or the American Lung Association and will be accepted at Cook Funeral Chapel, 101 Edgewood Lane, Carmi, IL 62821.
