Laura Elizabeth Pratt

Laura Elizabeth Pratt, 86, formerly of Grayville, Illinois, died Tuesday, January 3, 2023, at Oak Hill Hospital in Brooksville, Florida. She was born October 6, 1936, in Flint, Michigan the daughter of Nathan and Ethel (Leet) Linder. She was married to Don Brandon and he preceded her in death, and later married John William Pratt, and he survives.

Laura was a member of the Methodist Church and enjoyed oil painting, gardening, travelling, and playing BINGO.

Survivors include husband John Pratt of Texas; son Michael Brandon of Texas; brothers Steve (Pat) Linder of Albion, Illinois, Marvin Linder of Dothan, Alabama; sister Carolyn Johnson of Gainesville, Florida; sister-in-law Carolyn Linder; grandchildren Lacey and Angela: and numerous dear nieces and nephews.

She in preceded in death by her parents; first husband Don Brandon; sisters Martha Ambrose, Donna Haby, Brenda Wolfe; brothers John Linder, Carl Linder, Tony Linder, Bernard Linder, and Charles Linder.

Visitation and funeral are Monday, January 9, 2023, at Cook Funeral Chapel in Grayville, Illinois. Visitation is at 10 am and funeral is at 12 noon. Burial is in Oak Grove Cemetery in Grayville, Illinois.
