Shirley Ann Wilson

Shirley Ann Wilson, 78, of Carmi, Illinois, died Friday, June 5, 2020, at St. Vincents Medical Center in Evansville, Indiana. She was born October 15, 1941, in Detroit, Michigan, the daughter of Robert L. and Verna (Wysocki) Seal.

Shirley enjoyed painting and, in her earlier years, enjoyed playing video games.

Survivors include her son, Dean Wilson of Alaska; half-brother Richard Seal; sister Barbara (Robert) Amidei of South Pasadena, Florida; a granddaughter; and special friends John and Wanda Goff, and Carl and Linda Vinson, all of Carmi.

She is preceded in death by her parents; grandparents Emma and Henry Seal; and son Tim Wilson.

In keeping with Shirleys wishes, her remains were cremated.

A graveside committal service will be at 2 pm, Wednesday, June 17, 2020, at Concord Cemetery.

Cook Funeral Chapel in Carmi is in charge of arrangements.
