Troy J. Graham

Troy J. Graham, 46, of Carmi, Illinois, died Tuesday, October 28, 2014, at Fairfield Memorial Hospital in Fairfield, Illinois. He was born August 19, 1968, In Carmi, the son of Willard and Geneva (Sheckles) Graham. He was married to Janet (Jenkins) Graham and she survives.

Troy was a farm worker and member of the Assembly of God Church in Carmi. He enjoyed working on cars, playing all kinds of games, and pulling pranks on his family and friends.

Survivors include his mother, Geneva Graham of Monticello, Kentucky; wife Janet Graham; sons Jason and Dillion; daughters Ashley Graham and Tammy (Joe) Overlander; brothers Lawrence, Virgil, Willard (Candy), all of Carmi, and Sonny (Janet) of Benton, Illinois; sisters Arminda Graham of Monticello and Ella Mae Streans of Somerset, Kentucky; grandchildren Sean Trey, Jordan, Allie, Madeline, Devin and Jake; aunts Freda Mercer, Arvia (Julius) James, Paula (Monty) Madonna all of Carmi and Regina (David) Holloman of Burkesville, Kentucky; uncles T.J. (Deb) Sheckles of Crossville, Illinois, and James Sheckles of Carmi.

He is preceded in death by his father, Willard Graham.

Visitation and funeral are Thursday, October 30, 2014, at Cook Funeral Chapel in Carmi. Visitation is at 11 am and funeral is at 1 pm. Burial will be in Kuykendall Cemetery near Carmi.
